Purchase and Redeem

1. Purchase any 2 units of selected Ezerra products (Ezerra Extra Gentle Cleanser 500ml, Ezerra Cream 50g, Ezerra Plus Cream 50g, Ezerra Lotion 150ml, Ezerra Ointment 25g) from any retail outlet (bit.ly/38YZmvc) or their e-store including LazMall and Shopee Mall within 1 Sept – 31 Oct 2020. Purchase has to be in a single receipt within the campaign period.

2. Submit your receipt at the form below within 1 Sept – 31 Oct 2020 to redeem. There are 2 colours (pink or blue/purple) to be collected!

3. The choice of merchandise will be delivered to you at the end of redemption period. Please note that duplicate receipts will be automatically rejected.

4. The merchandise redemption will be reviewed and sent out based on the eligible amount of sets from the proof of purchase (receipt), and not based on the information filled on the form.
