Terms & Conditions for Ezerra Parents’ Day Giveaway Contest 2024

The Contest will run from 16th June 2024 to 23rd June 2024(“Contest Period”). The organiser reserves the right and its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, reschedule and/or extend the contest period and /or cancel/terminate the contest at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the contest period shall be automatically disqualified.

The Contest is open to all Malaysian parents – fathers.

Participants must be a parent – father who is a Malaysian citizen aged 21 years old and above to be eligible for the prize claim.
Winner announcement will be posted on Ezerra’s Facebook page on 28 June 2024.
Winners would then need to PM us on Facebook/Instagram with the following details within 7 working days from the winner announcement date: Name, NRIC, mobile number, email and mailing address.
Multiple entries are allowed. However, only one prize will be given to the same winner.
The Organiser reserves the right to the final winner list.

Winner Selection:

A total of 50 winners will be randomly selected based on having fulfilled the contest requirement.
Multiple submissions are permissible and prizes would only be awarded for the first person who sends in their submission. Winners who share the same email, phone number or address will only be awarded once. (To the first submission)

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EZERRA “ASK A KID DOCTOR” QUIZ

- - The Quiz (“Contest”) will run from 1st to 30th November 2020 (“Contest Period”). The organiser reserves the right and its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, reschedule and/or extend the contest period and/or cancel/terminate the contest at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the contest period shall be automatically disqualified.
  - The contest is only eligible for Malaysians.
  - To participate in the contest:
    1. Participants would need to complete watching the “Ask a Kid Doctor” video and answer all three test questions and share their result (“Contest Result”) on their personal Facebook profile page (setting to public post) within the Contest Period, along with the hashtags #AskaKidDoctor.
    2. Weekly Winner announcements will be posted on the Facebook page the following week.
    3. Winners would then need to PM us on Facebook with their details: Full name as in IC, IC number, mobile number registered with Grab, and email address within 7 days from the announcement date or they will be disqualified automatically.
    4. Multiple entries are allowed. However, only one prize will be given to the same winner within the contest period.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EZERRA “COLOURS OF MALAYSIA” CONTEST

The Contest will run from 29th August to 25th September 2020 (“Contest Period”). The organiser reserves the right and its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, reschedule and/or extend the contest period and /or cancel/terminate the contest at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the contest period shall be automatically disqualified.
The contest is only eligible for Malaysian children aged 12 years old and below.
To participate in the contest:
1. Download the colouring sheet from the link in the website.
2. Participants would need to complete the colouring sheet using any colouring stationery tools.
3. Participants would need to submit the colouring master art (“Colouring Artwork”) within the Contest Period via the submission form on the website either by scanning the artwork or taking a photo of it.
4. Participants are highly encouraged to post their completed Colouring Artwork on Facebook and tag @ezerramalaysia.
5. Participants are required to purchase Ezerra products of any amount dated between 29th August to 25th September 2020 to be eligible for the prize claim.
6. Winner announcement will be posted on Ezerra’s Facebook page in October 2020.
7. Winners would then need to PM us on Facebook of their details: child’s name, child’s DOB, child’s birth cert no, parent’s name, parent’s NRIC, photo of receipt, mobile number, email and mailing address.
8. Winners are required to submit the proof of purchase of Ezerra products in order to claim the prize.
9. Multiple entries are allowed. However, only one prize will be given to the same winner.
Winners selection:
1. The Organiser reserves the right for the final winner list.
2. Winners will be selected based on the creativity of Colouring Artwork. Therefore, plagiarism will be disqualified (similar creative elements, only the earlier submission will be the valid participant).
3. Submitted Colouring Artwork will be taken into consideration while deciding the winners.
4. Prizes would only be awarded for the first person who sends in their submission. Winners who share the same email, phone number or address will only be awarded once. (To the first submission)
Contest prizes:
